Daimler Motor Company byla jednou z nejstarších britských automobilek.

Firmu Daimler Motor Company založil roku 1896 Frederick Richard Simms. V roce 1960 podnik převzala společnost Jaguar. Tu od roku 2008 vlastní nadnárodní korporace Tata Motors. Jaguar (Tata Koncern) ukončil výrobu modelů Daimler v roce 2009.

20 feet or 6 metres long and 6ft 5ins or 2 metres wide
Engine: 5½-litre, 150 bhp (110 kW; 150 PS) @3,600 rpm
Driver and two passengers in front, two extremely luxurious folding armchairs behind positioned to see between the front passengers
The first of these cars was painted jade green with beige upholstery hence the name Green Goddess
Electro-hydraulically operated head (US top) folded under a power operated metal cover forward of the boot. The windows were electrically operated.

One of a few DE 36, originally made for the last Egyptian king (who was overthrown before the the car was finished).
