Mužská čtyřhra Ecuador Open Quito 2017 probíhá v první polovině února 2017. Do deblové soutěže quitského tenisového turnaje nastoupilo šestnáct dvojic. Obhájcem titulu byl pár Pablo Carreño Busta a Guillermo Durán, jehož členové nestartovali společně. Carreño Busta se rozhodl turnaje nezúčastnit. Spoluhráčem Durána se stal Andrés Molteni, s nímž skončil ve čtvrtfinále na raketách dominikánsko-argentinské dvojice Víctor Estrella Burgos and Renzo Olivo.
Vítězem se stal nenasazený americko-rakouský pár James Cerretani a Philipp Oswald, který ve finále zdolal chilsko-argentinské turnajové dvojky Julia Peraltu s Horaciem Zeballosem po skreči poražených ve druhé sadě. Zeballos byl přinucen po 37 minutách zápas ukončit pro poranění krku. Oba šampioni si do žebříčku ATP připsali 250 bodů a získali premiérovou společnou trofej. Cerretani i Oswald vybojovali čtvrtý deblový titul na okruhu ATP Tour.[1]

Concepción Bona was helped by her first cousin María de Jesús Pina.
