Frank Hamilton Nowell (19. února 1864, Portsmouth, New Hampshire – 19.
V roce 1909 byl oficiálním fotografem výstavy Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition.[3] University of Washington Press o něm vydala knihu během stého výročí expozice v roce 2009.[5][6]
Kolem roku 1905 fotografoval sibiřského průzkumníka Oskara Iden-Zellera a v roce 1906 Roalda Amundsena v Nome.

Orville J. Rognon started as a photographer in 1908 at Webster and Stevens and in 1911 became a partner with Frank Nowell. Rognon moved to Vancouver, B.C. in 1913 and worked at the Canadian Photo Company. He then formed a partnership with Leonard Frank in 1918 to create the Commercial Photo Company. Rognon was probably hired by Frank Nowell, the official photographer for the Exposition.
