Čtyřhra juniorů na French Open 2018 probíhala v první polovině června 2018. Do deblové soutěže pařížského grandslamu nastoupilo třicet dva párů. Obhájcem titulu byla dvojice složená ze Španěla Nicoly Kuhna a Maďara Zsombora Pirose.[1] Kuhn do soutěže nezasáhl a Piros již nebyl věkově způsobilý ke startu v juniorské kategorii.
Vítězem se stal pár složený z 18letého Čecha Ondřeje Štylera a 17letého Japonce Naoki Tadžimy, kteří ve finále zdolali pátou nasazenou dvojici Tchajwanců Ray Ho a Tseng Chun-hsin po setech 6–4 a 6–4. Oba šampioni tak získali premiérovou grandslamovou trofej. Štyler se na dvorce vracel po mononukleóze, kterou podělal několik týdnů před turnajem a jež způsobila jeho dvouměsíční neaktivitu.[2] Do juniorského žebříčku si šampioni připsali 270 bodů, finalisté pak 180 bodů.
