Dvouhra juniorů na French Open 2018 probíhala v první polovině června 2018. Do singlové soutěže pařížského grandslamu nastoupilo šedesát čtyři hráčů. Obhájcem titulu byl 18letý Australan Alexei Popyrin,[1] který již nebyl věkově způsobilý zasáhnout do juniorské soutěže.
Premiérový grandslamový titul vybojoval 16letý čtvrtý nasazený Tchajwanec Tseng Chun-hsin, jenž ve finále přehrál 17letou argentinskou světovou jedničku Sebastiána Báeze po dvousetovém průběhu. Tseng navázal na finálovou účast z lednové juniorky Australian Open 2018 a do juniorského žebříčku ITF si připsal 375 bodů, poražený finalista pak 270 bodů.[2]
