Grigoris Varfis (řecky: Γρηγόρης Βάρφης; 2. ledna 1927, Athény – 10. září 2017, Athény)[1] byl řecký politik.
Ve druhé polovině roku 1983 byl Varfis předsedou Rady Evropské unie.
Od 24. července 1984 do 5. ledna 1985 byl poslancem v Evropském parlamentu (MEP), kde zastupoval zájmy Socialistické strany (PASOK). Nakonec byl až do roku 1989 v první Komisi Jacquese Delorse komisařem EU pro regionální politiku (1985) a pro ochranu spotřebitele (1986 až 1989).
Zemřel 10. září 2017 ve věku 90 let.[2]

Jacques Delors, President of the CEC, and Lorenzo Natali, Vice-President of the CEC in charge of Cooperation and Development, received Abdou Diouf, President of Senegal and Chairman of the Organisation of African Unity. One topic of discussion was the preparations for the UN General Assembly's special session on the economic crisis in Africa, held in New York from 27 to 31 May 1986. Also on the agenda were the revival of African agriculture, the debt problem and the situation in Southern Africa, in the light of meetings of the EEC-ACP Joint Assembly in Mbabane and the SADCC in Harare, as well as the political cooperation meeting between the Community and the front-line States in Lusaka.
