HMCS Bonaventure (CVL-22) byla lehká letadlová loď Kanadského královského námořnictva. Jednalo se jednotku třídy Majestic.
Stavba
Kýl lodi byl položen roku 1943 v loděnici Harland & Wolff v Severním Irsku. Loď byla na vodu spuštěna 27. února 1945 a dne 17. ledna 1957 byla uvedena do služby.
Výzbroj
Bonaventure byla vyzbrojena čtyřmi 76mm protiletadlovými kanóny Mk 33 a osmi 40mm protiletadlovými kanóny Bofors. V lodním hangáru mohlo být uloženo až třicet čtyři stíhacích letounů např. McDonnell F2H Banshee a vrtulníků např. Sikorsky H-19.

The Canada geese and the ducks on the pond are larger than the Tracker aircraft on the flight deck of the carrier, but that's the way things should be in Story Book Gardens at Springbonk Park near London, ant. It's a reposeful spot for the big model of HMCS Bonaventure that has done duty in other years at the Canadian National Exhibition, an the Mall in Canada's capital city, Ottawa, and elsewhere. Many years of duty and souvenir-hunting spectators had taken their toll, but the model was given a thorough face-lifting by the ship's company of Prevost, the London naval division, and found a resting place in the sylvan beauty of Story Book Gardens.
