Mužská dvouhra Hall of Fame Tennis Championships 2018 probíhala ve druhé polovině července 2018. Do singlové soutěže newportského tenisového turnaje hraného na trávě nastoupilo dvacet osm hráčů. Obhájcem titulu byl americký tenista John Isner, který do turnaje nezasáhl.
Vítězem se stal třetí nasazený Američan Steve Johnson, jenž ve finále zdolal indického 161. hráče žebříčku Ramkumara Ramanathana po třísetovém průběhu 7–5, 3–6 a 6–2. V probíhající sezóně si tak 28letý Američan připsal druhé turnajové vítězství po triumfu v Houstonu, které představovalo čtvrtý singlový titul na okruhu ATP Tour a druhý z trávy. 23letý Ramanathan prožil ve finále turnaje ATP debut a nevyužil příležitost stát se prvním indickým šampionem od roku 1998 a Leandra Paese.[1]
