Ročník 2012 Ligy mistrů AFC (anglicky AFC Champions League) byl 31. ročníkem klubové soutěže pro nejlepší asijské fotbalové týmy. Vítězem se stal tým Ulsan Hyundai FC, který tak postoupil na Mistrovství světa ve fotbale klubů 2012.
