Mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji žen do 18 let bylo osmé mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji žen do 18 let. Konalo se ve dnech 5.–12. ledna 2015 ve městě Buffalo, USA. Ve finále se po osmé v řadě utkala Kanada a USA. Spojené státy zvítězily 3 : 2 v prodloužení. Rusko poprvé v mistrovství světa žen do 18 let získalo bronzovou medaili.
