Montana State University - Bozeman (krátce MSU) je státní vysoká škola v Bozemanu na jihozápadě amerického státu Montana. Univerzita s 12 250 studenty je po University of Montana druhá největší vysoká škola v Montaně. Je nejdůležitějším článkem Montana State University System. Jako jediná univerzita na světě nabízí MSU magisterské studium Science and Natural History Filmmaking.
Historie
Montana State University byla založena v roce 1893 pod názvem Agricultural College of the State of Montana. Po dalším přejmenování na Montana College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts byla ve 20. letech 20. století známa jako Montana State College (MSC). 1. července 1965 dostala univerzita své dnešní jméno.
Sport
Sportovní týmy MSU jsou označovány jako Bobcats. Univerzita patří do Big Sky Conference.

Looking northeast from West Grant Drive at the Engineering and Physical Sciences (EPS) Building on the campus of Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.
Built for $26 million in 1999, the EPS Building was the most expensive building ever constructed in Montana at the time. The structure houses the physics and engineering departments, and contains a number of research labs -- including the Burns Technology Center, Center for Biofilm Engineering, and Space Science and Engineering Laboratory. The lobby of the structure, known as Studio 1080, contains interactive touch-screen monitors that display student and faculty research work.
The arc-like structure supported on a metal arm is the sculpture "Wind Arc" by artist Gary Bates. Known as "the Noodle" by students, it was erected in 2002. It not only moves with the wind but makes a moaning sound as well.Logo der Montana State University
