Scottova letecká základna (anglicky Scott Air Force Base; kód IATA je BLV, kód ICAO KBLV, kód FAA LID BLV) je vojenská letecká základna letectva Spojených států amerických nacházející se v blízkosti města Belleville ve státě Illinois.
Je domovskou základnou 375. křídla vzdušné přepravy (375th Air Mobility Wing), 932. transportního křídla (932d Airlift Wing) Velitelství leteckých záloh a 126. tankovacího křídla (126th Air Refueling Wing) Letecké národní gardy (Air National Guard). Ranveje základny jsou využívány i civilními letadly z přidruženého letiště MidAmerica St. Louis Airport, takže se de facto jedná o vojensko-civilní letiště. Na Scottově základně navíc sídlí významné jednotky a velitelství amerického letectva, mezi něž patří například: Velitelství vzdušné přepravy (AMC), 18. letecká armáda, Centrum globální logistické podpory (AFGLSC) nebo Surface Deployment and Distribution Command.
Základna vznikla v roce 1917, již 20. července téhož roku byla pojmenována na počest Franka S. Scotta, desátníka Armády Spojených států, který se roku 1912 stal první obětí letecké nehody v historii amerických Ozbrojených sil.

- Description
- On a green disc with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border 2 inches (5.08 cm) in diameter overall, a white broad arrow, point up.
- Symbolism
- The green disc represents the "Go" signal used for traffic control of land transport. It is symbolic of the Command's "Can Do", "Go" attitude in the control of traffic, land transportation and common-user ocean terminal service. The arrow alludes to the military auspices of the organization and to the speed with which it accomplishes its mission. The three prongs represent the three military departments of the Department of Defense and the joint aspects of its responsibilities and manning.
- Background
- The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally approved for the Military Traffic Management and Terminal Service on 1965-08-17. It was redesignated for the Military Traffic Management Command on 1974-12-10. The insignia was redesignated effective 2004-01-01, for the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, with the description updated.
