- Netopýr Saviův byl na území ČR nalezen v roce 2001 v Žabčicích u Brna[3] a v Brně. Jde o 2 jedince vyskytující se na našem území.
- V chráněných jeskyních na patě Skalického vrchu bylo v roce 2012 prokázáno 11 druhů netopýrů.[4]
