Světová skautská konference (World Scout Conference) je řídícím orgánem WOSM. Členské organizace na konferenci řeší důležité aspekty a budoucnost skautského hnutí. Světová skautská konference se koná každé tři roky a od roku 1971 ji předchází světové skautské fórum mládeže. Na konferenci se také volí světový skautský výbor a pořadatelé světových skautských jamboree a světových skautských mootů.

Každá národní skautská organizace může na konferenci vyslat nejvýše šest delegátů a několik pozorovatelů. Pro delegáty neexistuje žádné věkové omezení.

První konference se konala v roce 1920 v Anglii, poslední světová skautská konference se konala v létě 2017 v Ázerbájdžánu[1]. Tříletý cyklus přerušila globální pandemie koronaviru, konference byla z roku 2020 odložena na rok 2021.[2][3][4] Měla se uskutečnit v Egyptě, kvůli nejisté situaci pandemie nemoci Covid-19 byla konference nakonec přesunuta do on-line formátu.[5][6] Kandidátské země pro světovou konferenci 2024 Francie a Mexiko se pořadatelství vzdaly ve prospěch Egypta, delegáti světové skautské konference 2021 pořadatelství pak oficiálně potvrdili.[7]

Seznam světových skautských fór mládeže

Světové skautské fórum mládeže (World Scout Young Forum) je vzdělávací nástroj pro podporu mládeže v nejstarší skautské kategorii, účastní se skauti ve věku 18 - 25 let. Každá národní organizce může poslat maximálně dva delegáty. Fórum musí umožnit mladým lidem podílet se sdílení zkušeností, řešit aktuální problém společnosti a přispívat novými nápady, jak obohatit vzdělávací programy pro mladé lidi nad 16 let.

Na 37. Světové skautské konferenci v Tunisu byla také zřízena poradní skupina mladých, kteří se podílí na rozhodovacích procesech světového skautského výboru. Úvodní přednášku v oblasti angažovanosti mladých měla na světovém skautském fóru mládeže v roce 2017 česká skautka Lucie Myslíková z Brna.[17]

Od roku 1996 se světové skautské fórum mládeže koná vždy společně se světovou skautskou konferencí.

This is the national flag of Belgium, according to the Official Guide to Belgian Protocol. It has a 13:15 aspect ratio, though it is rarely seen in this ratio.

Its colours are defined as Pantone black, Pantone yellow 115, and Pantone red 032; also given as CMYK 0,0,0,100; 0,8.5,79,0; and 0,94,87,0.

Podoba státní vlajky České republiky je definována zákonem České národní rady č. 3/1993 Sb., o státních symbolech České republiky, přijatým 17. prosince 1992 a který nabyl účinnosti 1. ledna 1993, kdy rozdělením České a Slovenské Federativní republiky vznikla samostatná Česká republika.
