Ženská čtyřhra Thailand Open 2019 probíhala na přelomu ledna a února 2019. Do deblové soutěže chuachinského tenisového turnaje hraného na tvrdém povrchu nastoupilo šestnáct dvojic. Obhájcem titulu z naposledy předtím konaného ročníku 2017 byl pár Tuan Jing-jing a Wang Ja-fan,[1] jehož členky nestartovaly společně. Tuanová nastoupila s Kaitlyn Christianovou, aby v úvodním kole podlehly Barthelové se Sorribesovou Tormovou. Spoluhráčkou Wangové se stala Blinkovová.
Vítězem se stal druhý nasazený pár Rumunek Irina-Camelia Beguová a Monica Niculescuová, který ve finále za 1.27 hodin zdolal rusko-čínskou dvojici Anna Blinkovová a Wang Ja-fan. Po dvousetovém průběhu 2–6 a 6–1 rozhodl až supertiebreak poměrem míčů [12–10]. Obě šampionky si do žebříčku WTA připsaly 280 bodů a po triumfu na Hobart International 2012 získaly druhou společnou trofej. Beguová i Niculescuová vybojovaly devátý individuální titul ze čtyřhry okruhu WTA Tour.[2]
