Do soutěže mužské čtyřhry na tenisovém turnaji U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships 2015 nastoupilo šestnáct dvojic. Obhájcem titulu byl americký pár Bob Bryan a Mike Bryan, jenž skončil ve čtvrtfinále na raketách Berankise s Gabašvilim.
Vítězem čtyřhry se stal litevsko-ruský pár Ričardas Berankis a Teimuraz Gabašvili, jenž do soutěže nastoupil jako náhradník. Ve finále zdolal filipínsko-americkou dvojici Treat Conrad Huey a Scott Lipsky výsledkem 6–4 a 6–4. Oba šampioni si do žebříčku ATP připsali 250 bodů.
