Čtyřhra juiorů US Open 2017 probíhala v první polovině září 2017. Do singlové soutěže newyorského tenisového grandslamu nastoupilo třicet dva párů. Obhájcem titulu byla bolivijsko-brazilská dvojice Juan Carlos Aguilar a Felipe Meligeni Alves,[1] jehož členové již nebyli zůsobilí do turnaje zasáhnout pro věkové omezení.
Vítězem juniorské čtyřhry se stal nejvýše nasazený pár složený z 18letého Tchajance Sü Jü-sia a 17letého Číňana Wu I-pinga, kteří ve finále zdolali japonské juniory Tóru Horiu s Jutou Šimizuem, když o vítězích rozhodl až supertiebreak nejtěsnějším dvoubodovým rozdílem. Sü Jü-siou vybojoval třetí grandslam z juniorského debla po triumfech na Australian Open 2017 a ve Wimbledonu 2017. Stal se tak druhým tchajwanským šampionem této soutěže na US Open po Hsieh Cheng-peng, jenž titul získal v roce 2009. Pro Wua se jednalo o první grandslam ze čtyřhry a celkově druhý, když na US Open získal „double“ výhrou i v singlové soutěži.[2][3] Každý si do juniorského kombinovaného žebříčku ITF připsal 270 bodů.
