Kvalifikace mužské dvouhry na US Open 2024 probíhala před zahájením singlové soutěže od 19. do 22. srpna 2024 v newyorském Národním tenisovém centru Billie Jean Kingové. Do tříkolové soutěže nastoupilo sto dvacet osm hráčů.[1] Sedmnáct z nich postoupilo do dvouhry včetně šťastného poraženého Němce Maximiliana Marterera, který nahradil Fina Emila Ruusuvuoriho.[2][3][4]
