Vlajka Jižní Georgie a Jižních Sandwichových ostrovů, neobydleného zámořského území Spojeného království, je tvořena britskou modrou státní námořní vlajkou (Blue Ensign) s vlajkovým emblémem těchto ostrovů (anglicky badge) ve vlající části.[1]
Původní vlajka byla schválena roku 1985, kdy bylo toto teritorium vytvořeno. Znak na vlajce byl tehdy menší a v bílém kruhu. Aktuální verze vlajky byla přijata mezi lety 1999–2002.
Před vytvořením teritoria byly ostrovy součástí Falkland a používala se zde falklandská vlajka. Argentina stále považuje ostrovy za součást své provincie Tierra del Fuego.

This is the flag of the Commissioner for South Georgia and the S. Sandwich Islands (SGSSI). The base pattern is from Post-'99 Governor's flag and the arms are from the blue ensign. The World Flag Database was used for the position of the arms.
Flag of Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina. The flag was nicknamed the Albatross, wherein the orange portion reflected the geography of Tierra del Fuego, and the blue symbolizes the sky and sea surrounding the province, while the Southern Cross reflects the night sky and the albatross itself is a local bird that represents freedom through flight.[1]
