William Hayes (1871–1940) byl viktoriánský fotograf v Yorku a Hutton-le-Hole.[1]
V roce 1911 se přestěhoval do malé vesničky Hutton-le-Hole v North York Moors. Studio rozebral, převezl jej s sebou a přistavěl navíc vstupní verandu, kterou zasklil s více než stovkou skleněných negativů zbavených emulze.

Title: This image shows the North-Eastern Railway Company Offices on Station Rise. These offices were built in 1906 and this photograph was taken very shortly afterwards. This building was created from designs by Horace Field and used stone from Portland and bricks from Sudbury. The terraced houses to the left of the frame have been demolished, and the site is now occupied by the Norwich Union office building.
