A carriage for transporting of prisoners, exhibited at the Novosibirsk Museum of Railway Technology.

The carriage was designed to be used in temperate climate. It's fitted with signalling and radio communication equipment. Water tank capacity: 1,000 l. There is an underfloor storage compartment and a kitchen. Manufactured in 1969. Restored and donated in 2009 by the Kemerov authotity of the Western Siberian Railway.
