Portrait of Aryeh Ben-Eliezer. Born in 1913 in Vilnius in the Russian Empire (today in Lithuania). Immigrated to the British Mandate of Palestine in 1920. During the 1930's and the 1940's, member of betar and Irgun. During the 1940, member of the direction of Irgun. After independance, member of knesset from 1949 to his death, in 1970.
