This photograph is in the public domain in Finland, because either a period of 50 years has elapsed from the year of creation or the photograph was first published before 1966. The section 49a of the Finnish Copyright Act (404/1961, amended 607/2015) specifies that photographs not considered to be "works of art" become public domain 50 years after they were created. The 50 years from creation protection period came into force in 1991. Before that the protection period was 25 years from the year of first publication according to the §16 of the law of protection of photographs of 1961. Material already released to public domain according to the 1961 law remains in public domain, and therefore all photographs (but not photographic works of art) released before 1966 are in the public domain. The Rolling Stones je britská rocková skupina založená roku 1962 v Londýně. Původní sestavu tvořili: kapelník Brian Jones, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bill Wyman (baskytara), Charlie Watts (bicí) a Ian Stewart (piáno). Stewart byl v roce 1963 nucen odejít z oficiální sestavy, avšak stále se skupinou spolupracoval coby koncertní manažer a hostující pianista až do své smrti v roce 1985. Hlavními skladateli se stali Jagger/Richards, kdy je k tomu přiměl manažer skupiny Andrew Loog Oldham. Hlavním tahounem skupiny byl na jejím počátku Brian Jones, s nárůstem popularity kapely se však jeho pozice „leadera“ vytratila a ve skupině figuroval frontman Mick Jagger a kytarista Keith Richards. Jeho slávu a kreativitu zlikvidovala drogová závislost, rozchod s přítelkyní Anitou Pallenbergovou a napjaté vztahy s Keithem Richardsem. Skupinu opustil v červnu 1969, posléze byl 3. července 1969 nalezen mrtvý na dně svého bazénu. Na doporučení pianisty Iana Stewarta byl do skupiny přijat vynikající kytarista Mick Taylor ze skupiny John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers, ten ze skupiny odešel v roce 1974. Roku 1975 jej na turné zastoupil kytarista Ronnie Wood, nakonec jej o rok později oficiálně nahradil poté, co se rozpadla jeho skupina The Faces. V roce 1993 skupinu opustil baskytarista Bill Wyman, kterého nahradil Darryl Jones, ovšem již jako externí člen. Stones neměli po Stewartově odchodu roku 1963 žádného klávesistu jako oficiálního člena skupiny, v průběhu let však spolupracovalo se skupinou hned několik pianistů: Jack Nitzsche (1965–1971), Nicky Hopkins (1967–1982), Billy Preston (1971–1981), Ian McLagan (1978–1981) a Chuck Leavell (1982–dodnes).
