Der Blaue Reiter byla německá expresionistická umělecká skupina, která vznikla roku 1911 v Mnichově. Zakládajícími členy byli Franz Marc, Gabriela Münterová, Alfred Kubin a Vasilij Kandinskij, podle jehož obrazu s názvem Modrý jezdec (1903) se skupina pojmenovala.
