Eduard Schweizer, bekannt als Spelterini, führte Albert Heim im Ballon ab 1891 mehrmals zur Beobachtung der Luftfarben und Gebirgsstrukturen über den Albis und das Mittelland. Der grosse Flug über die Alpen von Sitten im Wallis über die Diablerets, den Jura und nach Frankreich am 3.10.98 wurde für Albert Heim ein überwältigendes Erlebnis.
