According to the Vietnamese Law on Intellectual Property (Law No. 50/2005/QH11; See translation), Article 15, Clause 2, "Legal documents, administrative documents and other documents in the judicial domain and official translations of these documents" are not subject to copyright protection.
According to the decree No. 22/2018/ND-CP of February 23, 2013, documents specified in Clause 2, Article 15 of the Intellectual Property Law includes "documents issued by state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, sociopolitical-professional organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations and people’s armed forces units.". Hoi AnHoi An je pobřežní město ve středním Vietnamu, v provincii Quang Nam, situované při ústí řeky Thu Bon. Má přes 120 tisíc obyvatel (2008). Od 16. století bylo toto místo významným námořním přístavem, významným pro celý region pevninské části jihovýchodní Asie. Evropané znali město v době jeho největší slávy v 16.-17. století pod jménem Faifo. Díky tomu, že se zde usazovali cizí obchodníci, smísilo se zde při výstavbě města velké množství architektonických stylů. Historické jádro města se dochovalo v autentické podobě do dnešních dnů a je památkově chráněno. Pro svůj jedinečný ráz a zachovalost byl Hoi An v roce 1999 připsán do Seznamu světového kulturního dědictví UNESCO. .. pokračovat ve čtení
