Прапор Кропивницького
Прапор являє собою прямокутне полотнище із співвідношенням сторін 1:1. Від древка згори і знизу відходять сині смуги, що при з'єднанні утворюють одну, яка йде вздовж довжини прапора посередині. Верхня і нижня половини — жовті, трикутник — малиновий; на трикутнику — жовтий вензель святої Єлизавети.

Kropyvnyckyj je město ve střední Ukrajině; leží na řece Inhul nedaleko jejího prameniště. Je centrem Kirovohradské oblasti. V roce 2010 zde žilo 244 000 obyvatel, v roce 2022 už méně než 220 tisíc. Původním názvem Jelizavetgrad, byl založen během vlády ruské carevny a imperátorky Alžběty (Jelizavety) Petrovny. Od roku 1939 se nazýval Kirovograd, ukrajinsky Kirovohrad, než byl roku 2016 přejmenován na současný název na počest ukrajinského předválečného literáta Marka Kropyvnyckého.
