Прямокутне полотнище синього кольору з пропорціями 1х1.

Всередині – один з головних елементів герба: біла кріпосна вежа на червоному колі. Коло оточене жовтими стилізованими шістнадцятьма променями. По горизонталі верхні і нижні краї мають окантовку, утворену білими і жовтими рівнобічними трикутниками.
