Audrey HepburnováAudrey Hepburnová, nepřechýleně Hepburn, rodným jménem Audrey Kathleen Ruston, byla britská herečka a humanitární pracovnice. Byla uznávána jako filmová i módní ikona, Americký filmový institut ji označil za třetí největší ženskou legendu klasické hollywoodské kinematografie a byla uvedena do Mezinárodní síně slávy nejlépe oblékaných. Hepburnová se narodila v bruselském Ixelles a část svého dětství strávila v Belgii, Anglii a také Nizozemsku. Od roku 1945 studovala balet u Soni Gaskellové v Amsterdamu a od roku 1948 u Marie Rambertové v Londýně. Začala vystupovat jako sboristka v muzikálových divadelních představeních na West Endu a poté se objevila také v menších rolích v několika filmech. V roce 1951 si zahrála v broadwayské hře Gigi poté, co si jí všimla francouzská spisovatelka Colette, podle jejíhož díla hra vznikla. .. pokračovat ve čtení
