Jayne Meadows byla americká herečka. Narodila se americkým rodičům v Číně. Později se rodina přestěhovala do New Yorku, kde se narodila druhá dcera, později rovněž herečka, Audrey Meadows. Svou kariéru zahájila v polovině čtyřicátých let, vystupovala například ve filmech Undercurrent (1946) a Song of the Thin Man (1947). V letech 1952 až 1959 byla členkou poroty pořadu I've Got a Secret. Jejím prvním manželem byl v letech 1949 až 1954 Milton Krims. Roku 1954 se provdala za komika Steva Allena, se kterým žila až do jeho smrti roku 2000. Zemřela roku 2015 ve věku 95 let. .. pokračovat ve čtení
