Popis:
Maiko (geisha in training) Kanohisa in Eishoin Temple. Kanohisa is wearing a traditional Japanese hairstyle "momoware" that is typical for beginner maiko, adorned with seasonal kanzashi (silk flower ornaments). Right behind her dangling silver "birabira" kanzashi a smaller flower "maezashi" is visible. On the other side of her head there is a long dangling kanzashi that represents flower petals.
To amplify her youth, her upper lip is not painted red and she is not wearing any eyeliner, only red shade. Her kimono's collar is embroided to further signify her status as a trainee.
