Dr. Kim Kiusic, chairman of the Korean Interim Legislative Assembly and leader of the Coalition Committee, has long been active in Korean Affairs and education in China. He served in the Korean Provisional Government in exile as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Education, and Foreign Secretary. He was chief delegats to the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 when he presented Korea's case.
