Little Ben and Victoria Palace Theatre Little Ben clock tower stands at the other end of Victoria Street from its much larger and better known namesake, Big Ben. Victoria Palace Theatre is the home of the hugely successful musical 'Billy Elliot', which tells the story of a working-class boy from Co. Durham who has aspirations to become a ballet dancer.
