British Army patrol crossing a stream during the Mau Mau rebellion. The soldiers carry a variety of weapons, including the X8E1 (Belgian-made 7.62mm FN FAL) (1st and 2nd soldiers from right); the 9 mm Sten Mk5 and the Lee Enfield .303 Rifle No. 5 (4th and 5th soldiers). Weapons are identified from the book The FN FAL Battle Rifle, by Bob Cashner, ISBN 978-1-78096-903-9.
