The Peruvian submarine BAP Pisagua (SS-33) arrives at the U.S. Naval Base Point Loma, California (USA), in support of the "Diesel-Electric Submarine Initiative" program. Pisagua, commanded by Cmdr. Sergio Garma, was visiting San Diego to conduct training and exercises with the U.S. Navy, including anti-submarine warfare and submarine rescue operations.
