So-called Portrét Emanuel Filibert Savojský (1628-1709), but it’s probably a depiction of Karel Emanuel II. (1634-1675).

• Identification proposed by user Ecummenic (diskuse) based on the comparison with some portraits of Charles Emmanuel II (see images below) and the lack of physical resemblance of the sitter of this portrait to other representations of the Prince of Carignano.
