Alice Sasko-Koburská, plným jménem Alice Maud Mary byla jako manželka velkovévody Ludvíka IV. od 13. června 1877 až do své smrti v roce 1878 hesenská a porýnská velkovévodkyně. Byla třetím dítětem a druhou dcerou královny Viktorie Britské a prince Alberta Sasko-Kobursko-Gothajského. Alice byla prvním z devíti dětí královny Viktorie, které zemřelo, a jedním ze tří, které zemřelo před jejich matkou, která zemřela v roce 1901.
