Replica RAF BE2b 687 (BAPC-181) (8564534953)
This replica was built at the RAF Museum workshops over a number of years. It originally appeared on display as a stripped fuselage in a workshop diorama when the museum openned in 1972. Replaced in the diorama by the fuselage of the Bleriot XXVII, the BE2 returned to the Cardington workshops and the remainder of the airframe was constructed. It returned to Hendon for display as a complete airframe in June 1992. On display in the Grahame-White Factory. RAF Museum, Hendon.
