A U.S. Navy Piper U-11A Aztec aircraft (BuNo 149052) that crashed at Naval Air Station North Island, California (USA), on 23 Mar 1976 after the nose gear failed to operate properly. This aircraft was retired to the MASDC as 4U0002 on 23 November 1976.
