Central Command Area of Responsibility (Apr. 4, 2003) -- The guided missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) launches Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAMs) into Iraq. Donald Cook is one of the many warships conducting missions in support Operation Iraqi Freedom. Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multi-national coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.
