U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan (Mar. 26, 2005) - Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Jennifer Lange and her partner "Gunther", demonstrate how they search for drugs at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Kamiseya, Japan, Cherry Blossom Festival. In addition to a military working dog demonstration by Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi's Security Department, high schools, taiko drums teams, and bands performed at the annual event. Thousands of people attended the festival, which is meant to promote goodwill between NAF Atsugi, NSF Kamiseya and the local Japanese communities. The event theme is cherry blossoms, which are the national flower of Japan. More than 500 cherry blossom trees line the main road leading to Kamiseya.
