GULF OF THAILAND - The amphibious transport dock ship USS Denver (LPD 9) passes along side the Singapore navy endurance-class amphibious transport dock ship Resolution (LPDM 208) during Cobra Gold 2011. Denver is part of the forward-deployed Essex Amphibious Ready Group and is underway participating in Cobra Gold, a multinational military exercise co-sponsored by the U.S. and Thailand.
