A port quarter view of the armoured cruiser HMS Antrim (1903) at moorings off Sheerness as the flagship of Rear Admiral Browning. Various boats and small steam vessels are secured alongside the bow and near the after 7.5 inch gun. A steam pinnace is secured to the stern off the Admiral's walk.
Aurora (1913) arrived and picked up a mooring at 840am, having left Harwich at 510am, where she disembarked ammunition. She proceeded to Chatham at 120pm in charge of a pilot.
The negative has some scratches and is slightly grainy. The white mark on the bottom left of the negative is a piece of paper glued to the negative.
