American flag of last occupation reraised at Coblenz.
The same flag of the United States that flow over the Rhine fortress of Ehrenbreitstein when it was the garrison flag of the 4th Division from 1918 to 1923, during the occupation following the last world War, is again raised over the historic fortress in Coblenz by men of the same unit, symbolizing the victorious return of the U.S. Armies to German soil.
