A German LVG C.V reconnaissance aircraft brought down in Palestine by Australian Flying Corps Officers Brown and Finlay, who are standing behind the rear of the aircraft, on 22 August 1918. The aircraft was brought back to Australia post war and became part of the collection of the Australian War Memorial. It was probably later scrapped.
