Missile identification document in Persian which bears the Iranian governmental emblem found on-board the "Victoria", a cargo vessel headed to Egypt from Syria, and reads the name of the missile ("Nasser") found on the ship, the missile system (C-704), date of manufacture.

The crew of the "Victoria" unknowingly shipped arms that were to be transferred to terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip.
