Red Sea – The guided missile destroyer USS WILLIAM V. PRATT (DDG-44) takes on fuel from the Military Sealift Command-operated fleet oiler USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS (T-AO-188) as a CH-46D Sea Knight conducts vertical replenishment with the PRATT. The destroyer is conducting Maritime Interdiction Force missions in support of U.N. trade sanctions against Iraq in the aftermath of Operation Desert Storm.
