HC-6 is assigned to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) combat stores ship USNS Sirius (T-AFS 8). The Norfolk, Va. based nuclear aircraft carrier Washington is on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
