Drawing by an unknown artist of a statue of Hermann von Salza, Grand Master of the Teutonic Order from 1209 to 1239, by German sculptor Rudolf Schweinitz. The statue was installed in the 1870s at the "Ostportal" of the railroad bridge in Thorn (de) over the Vistula, but was removed in the 1920s, after control of Thorn (under Polish control: Toruń) was transferred from Germany to Poland in the Treaty of Versailles.
